Massage & Other Therapy Modalities

CORE TREATMENT MODALITIES
OTHER REGISTERED MODALITIES
CranioSacral Therapy - this is a hands-on method of improving health and function via releasing restrictions to movement of the craniosacral system, often improving the function of the nervous and endocrine systems at the same time by improving the environment in which these systems do their work. Visceral Massage - The viscera of the abdominal cavity (abdominal organs) move freely with respect to each other partly because their enveloping serous membranes make up sliding surfaces. Pathology of the viscera results in visceral restrictions. Restriction implies reduced freedom of movement, which forces the body to compensate, leading to functional then structural problems. This massage technique aims to stimulate the viscera to restore its primary physiological movements. Rood Techniques Manual Lymphatic Drainage
